Should we choose an Agent or a Company?
Choose an Agent when one owner controls the product and others mainly use it. Choose Company Preview when active members also collaborate on tasks, records, files and knowledge. Company Preview and CRM are included in Creator and AI Creator Pro; Operations requires AI Creator Pro.
Does private mean nobody can share it?
No. It means access is explicit. An Agent can grant exact people or domains; a Company requires exact membership and its private resource boundary.
