Frequently asked questions
Does it cost anything to join?
No. There is no fee and nothing is paid upfront in either direction. Our investment is access, onboarding and support for your first build.
When do I get paid?
Monthly, after Prostir receives the client's payment.
How long do I earn from one client?
12 months from that client's first payment.
What is the commission based on?
Net subscription revenue received by Prostir — after refunds, chargebacks, taxes and payment fees.
Do I have to do the implementation?
No. You can simply recommend Prostir. If you do implement, you set your own prices and bill the client directly.
Does Prostir take a share of my service fees?
No. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, what you charge for your own work stays yours.
How is a client attributed to me?
Through your referral link or code. The referral must be registered before the sale.
What if two partners refer the same client?
The first registered referral wins. During the beta we resolve conflicts manually.
Is there a minimum audience size?
No. Follower count is not the priority — we care whether you can ship a working solution.
How many partners are you accepting?
Round One is a small closed cohort and we review every application manually.
