When you sell, the money runs through your own Stripe or Rozetka Pay account. Stripe handles one-time payments and subscriptions. Rozetka Pay handles one-time payments in hryvnia for sales inside Ukraine.
For the usual MCP path, model-token cost to the Agent creator is $0: the customer's AI client supplies the model under that customer's subscription and limits.

Checkout runs on the monthly Stripe price. Pick by the products and limits you need. If you sell through Stripe or Rozetka Pay, you connect your own seller account and stay responsible to your customers.
How pricing works

The products in your plan Each plan sets its own limit for Agents, Skills and Flows. Publish an Agent and it gets a page of its own, plus an /mcp address that other AI apps can connect to. Anything else, a chat client, a widget on your site, another channel, has to be set up separately.

The knowledge they read Files, links and notes your agents read to answer questions. A bigger plan means more storage and more of it searchable.

Operations per week An operation is one metered action while a customer is using a published Agent: a tool call, a search, a fetch. We check what is left of your allowance before the action runs.

A chat message on its own is not automatically an operation. Your own tests and normal dashboard work do not count either, unless they trigger a billable action.

How does the trial work?Every self-serve plan starts with a 7-day trial. A card is required at checkout, and the trial includes the complete features and limits of the selected plan.Read
Who pays for model tokens, and what do they cost the Agent creator?For the usual MCP path, model-token cost to the Agent creator is $0. When a customer uses the Agent through a supported MCP connector in ChatGPT or Claude, the model runs in that customer's AI environment under the customer's subscription and limits. The creator pays for the Prostir plan, not those model tokens. AI Credits are needed only when the creator separately chooses a Prostir-hosted model run, such as a supported channel or widget. BYOK is optional and bills the creator's own provider account. Paid external tools remain separate.Read
What exactly am I paying for?You pay for the Agent, Skill, Flow, Store, and Team products included in your plan, their published-use allowances, and Prostir-operated hosting, storage, knowledge, and runtime within those limits. External model or API usage and payment-provider charges are separate. Can I sell my own AI agents and receive the money?Yes. Connect your seller account with Stripe or Rozetka Pay. Stripe Connect supports one-time sales and subscriptions; Rozetka Pay marketplace sales are one-time only. Your chosen provider pays the funds to you, while you remain the seller responsible for taxes, delivery or fulfillment, refunds, disputes, warranties, and other customer obligations. Prostir may collect only its documented seller platform percentage, either as a provider-native application fee or through the seller-billing ledger.Read
Free agents or paid agents?Both, side by side. You can ship some agents free (great for marketing, lead magnets, or community) and others paid (subscription, one-off, or limited access). The same plan supports both — no separate pricing for free vs paid agents.Read
What counts as one operation?One operation is one metered tool, search, or fetch action during customer use of a published Agent. A chat message alone is not automatically an operation. Dashboard use and your own tests do not count unless they invoke a billable action, and the allowance is checked before that action runs.Read
What happens if I hit my weekly limit?Published-Agent operations pause when both the weekly allowance and any current-period Extra Requests balance are exhausted. The $39 Extra Requests pack is a deliberate one-time purchase of 1,000,000 operations, not an automatic overage or pay-per-use charge.Read
Where can my AI agent live?A published Agent has its own typed public surface and /mcp endpoint. Compatible AI clients can connect to that endpoint after you configure access. Widgets and other channels depend on their own configuration and readiness; buying a plan does not switch every channel on automatically.Read
When should I move up to AI Creator Pro?Choose AI Creator Pro when you need up to 75 Agents, 75 Skills, and 50 Flows and also need Store and Team entitlements. The Team allowance is 5 Teams with up to 10 seats each; it does not add another Agent allowance. Current readiness: Agents and Skills are available; Flows and Stores are Preview; Team is in early access for Creator and AI Creator Pro. Can I pay annually?Not through the current self-serve checkout. Yearly Stripe Prices may exist on the same Products, but the live catalog selects the monthly Price until an explicit annual-checkout contract is implemented. Do not assume you can switch billing periods yet.Read
Are external services included?Your Prostir subscription covers Prostir-operated hosting, storage, knowledge, and runtime within the selected plan limits. External model providers, connected APIs, third-party services, and Stripe or Rozetka Pay fees and terms remain separate.Read
What if my customer cancels?For a Stripe Connect subscription, cancellation and any proration follow Stripe's lifecycle and your seller settings. One-time Stripe or Rozetka Pay payments can be refunded under your policy. Rozetka Pay marketplace sales are one-time only, so Prostir has no Rozetka Pay subscription cancellation or proration path. You remain the seller responsible to the customer.Read
