AI workspace for companies that need private shared work

Prostir is an AI workspace for companies where members work with shared tasks, documents, data, and knowledge inside one private Company. Existing Agents and Skills are attached deliberately and receive only the Company permissions they need.

What is getting in the way

When tasks, files, customer records, knowledge, and AI helpers live in separate services, the company keeps rebuilding context. Access becomes too broad and the history of who changed what disappears across personal accounts.

What changes

Create one private Company boundary for membership and roles, a task board, logical data, versioned files, cited knowledge, Skills, MCP connections, and exact references to approved Agents. Shared changes keep actor attribution, revisions, and access checks.

  3. Attach AI deliberately

Choose an existing Agent, exact version, and only the Company data it needs. The Company receives use rights, not ownership or publication control over that Agent.

What you can verify

  • The available Company foundation uses exact Tenant and Company membership, roles, a private Company host, OAuth, and an installable member-scoped MCP endpoint.
  • Shared work now includes Tasks and named boards, Goals, logical databases with tables, views, and records, versioned Files and Documents, cited Knowledge, Skills, Company tools, MCP connections, attached Agents, activity, quotas, and archives.
  • Company MCP includes purpose-built dashboard, tasks, metrics, processes, and flows Apps plus controlled direct-or-gateway tool routing. Autonomous operator execution, Time & costs, Issues, and broader end-to-end acceptance are still staged and are not sold as complete.

A good fit if

  • Your company needs several members to work with the same private Tasks, files, data, and knowledge.
  • Your owning subscription is Creator or AI Creator Pro, and guided onboarding is acceptable while final revalidation continues.

Not the right fit if

  • You need autonomous operator execution, complete Time & costs or Issues workflows, or every remaining acceptance lane finished today.
  • You want to publish the Company itself as a public Agent or sell it in a marketplace.

Questions before you decide

01

What is available in Company early access?

Eligible owners can use the private collaboration foundation with guided onboarding where needed: Tasks and boards, Goals, logical records, versioned Files and Documents, cited Knowledge, tools, connections, attached Agents and Skills, and private MCP Apps. Autonomous operator execution and several operational acceptance lanes remain staged.

02

Does every member need the top individual plan?

Company access is resolved from the owning Tenant's eligible plan rather than every invited member buying the same creator package. Exact limits are still checked server-side.

Scope the private Company you actually need

Tell us who collaborates, what they share, which records or boards matter, and which AI helpers need access. We will map the current modules and call out the staged operational layers explicitly.
