Questions before you decide
Is a Skill just another prompt?
No. It is a portable, versioned folder with a required SKILL.md and optional supporting files. An Agent can discover the Skill first and load its fuller instructions only when needed.
Can I sell the Skill without selling an Agent?
Yes. A published Skill can have its own access and purchase rules. Provider setup and the relevant marketplace gate still apply.
