Is this a separate product I should sell?
Yes. A Skill is its own versioned product and can be shared, installed, attached to an Agent or offered with eligible paid access. The buyer receives the method and supporting files under your access terms; model use and execution tools remain separate. An interactive Agent service has its own offer.
Does a Skill run the whole job by itself?
A Skill provides a method. The agent, model, authorized tools and connected services determine how the job runs.
