A coach's playbook, running as a $29/mo AI agent

A career coach with a five-stage method and forty client templates. She used to walk every new client through the playbook in a 90-minute Zoom. In this case she sits inside ChatGPT, hands the Prostir agent her method docs and a few transcripts, and it builds an agent that her clients open in their own ChatGPT for $29 a month. Stage 02 is where you map your last three years against the role you are considering. Open template-12-role-map.md when you have twenty minutes. We will go through one column at a time. First column: which of your last three projects map cleanly to the new role, and which do not.

Note the one that does not, we will return to it in Stage 03. For the two that map, write one paragraph each on the outcome the next hiring manager would care about. Paste them here and I will mark up gaps against the role brief.

After: the calendar opens up

  • She kept the 1:1s for the part the agent cannot do.
  • Stages 02 and 03 now run inside ChatGPT. Most clients finish them before booking her.
  • She charges $29/mo for the agent, books 1:1s only for Stages 04 and 05. The intro-call waitlist cleared in week three.

What gets published

A published Prostir agent at her own link with monthly Stripe billing wired in. Buyers move through her method inside their own ChatGPT. The subscription check runs on every call. She books 1:1s only for the part the agent cannot do.
