What is Prostir?
Build business AI with Prostir: agents that answer from your knowledge, reusable methods, workflows, shared work, shopping help and teaching, with your rules.
Do I need to know how to code?
You can create an Agent and upload supported files without writing code. Official integrations still require authorization and setup; custom API or MCP connections need a configured endpoint and may require technical review.
What happens to my knowledge? Is it private?
Agent knowledge is isolated by owner and Agent. Creators can manage and remove their knowledge, while retention and deletion follow the applicable product and legal policy rather than a universal one-click promise.
Can I try it without paying?
When you sign up, you get Creator free for 7 days, no card needed. You can switch to any self-serve plan during the trial, and the end date stays the same. Add a payment method before that date to continue; otherwise nothing is charged and the subscription stops.
Who pays for model tokens, and what do they cost the Agent creator?
For the usual MCP path, model-token cost to the Agent creator is $0. When a customer uses the Agent through a supported MCP connector in ChatGPT or Claude, the model runs in that customer's AI environment under the customer's subscription and limits. The creator pays for the Prostir plan, not those model tokens. AI Credits are needed only when the creator separately chooses a Prostir-hosted model run, such as a supported channel or widget. BYOK is optional and bills the creator's own provider account. Paid external tools remain separate.
How do I give a team or client access?
Share your published Agent at https://{slug}.ai.prostir.build with its MCP path /mcp; recipients do not need to install or maintain source files. Allow specific users or domains through OAuth, or give an approved integration an API key with limited permissions and an expiry date. You can revoke access.
How can I sell access?
Offer free access, a one-time purchase or a subscription through supported Stripe Connect options; Rozetka Pay supports one-time UAH payments in Ukraine. You can also restrict access to specific clients or companies, and you remain the seller responsible for payments and obligations to buyers. Funds go through your seller account, without Prostir holding them; any Prostir fees and payment-provider fees are separate, and self-service Prostir plans are billed monthly.
Who owns the material I upload?
You keep the rights to your documents, methods, knowledge and other content you own. Prostir processes them to run the service under the Terms and Privacy Policy, without becoming their owner or gaining the right to sell them as its own. Exports include your settings and saved content, but no sign-in details or access rights to customer data or payments.
